Update 15th February

Our McGovern Directional Drilling seniors had a great start to their O’Rourke Cup (Division 1 League) campaign with a nail biting one point win over Padraig Pearses on Sunday in Woodmount. It was great to see Cian Beirne back in action. Thanks to Barry Lowe who organised catering for the panel. They will be in O’Rourke Cup action again on Sunday next when they travel to Kilmore to play the home side at 2pm.

The National Automation Limited minors are scheduled to play Castlerea St Kevins in the Division 3 League in O’Rourke Park on Saturday at 4pm.

The following were €20 winners in the most recent Club Lotto draw which was held in Brunos;- Stephen Langan and Alan Flynn. The house prize was won by Frances Grady. The jackpot wasn’t won and it will be at a new record of €10,900 for next Saturday night’s draw which will be held in An Craoibhin. Team D will be in charge. Those wishing to have an opportunity to be in with a chance of winning this massive jackpot may choose their lucky numbers in most of the business premises in Boyle.
