Club Lotto
Senior and Junior Club Fixtures
The Boyle Juniors started their league on Saturday the 12th playing St Ronan’s at home ending in defeat. Great to have games back and supporters at games again. Best for Boyle were Ben Kerins, David Callaghan, and Seamus Kane. There was a minute’s silence held in respect of the passing our St Ronan’s player Ronan Healy.
Boyle Seniors will take on St Brigids in Kiltoom this Saturday evening in Kiltoom. Supporters, although restricted numbers have now been allowed to go to matches.
Defibrillator conversation
The Denmark v Finland Game televised on RTE at the weekend has reignited the importance of the availability and knowledge on the Defibrillator. Christian Erikson who collapsed on the field of play was quickly revived and brought back from the brink.
The local Defib Map has been posted for our local area on Social Media and anyone who hasn’t seen it, please ask the question on your nearest one. Boyle GAA have one on the wall of the clubroom.

Local Club Fundraiser
The Local club fundraiser has had a steady start to ticket sales and with numbers of tickets capped at 4000, they are moving. Sales are not only going county-wide but going worldwide as well and support for the Boyle Celtic and Boyle Gaa has been immense.
Hard copies are available as well as online tickets and can be bought from the website https://winacarandholiday.ie/
Really enjoying the community spirit in what is showing a town – a hometown.
Not my cup of Tea
Always remember if you aren’t someone’s cup of tea, it could mean your luck is in.
A professional lobster diver has lived to tell the tale of inside the mouth of a humpback whale, after he was gulped up and spat out while diving off the coast of Cape Cod in the United States. He has lived to tell the….. ‘Whale’!
Enjoy the week!
