RESULTS
- Congratulations to The Well and M Kerins sponsored
Intermediate Ladies who advanced to the final of this year's Roscommon LGFA
Intermediate Championship following a 5-12 to 0-4 victory over St. Barry's on
Sunday. A strong first half provided the platform the victory with the Boyle
defenders on the top form stifling many opposition attacks. Some clinical play
up front complimented the aforementioned defending as Boyle tagged on extra
scores to widen the gap between themselves and St. Barry's to ensure victory
and a place in the final on October 8th against St. Ciaran's. Team: S. Moran;
N. Beirne, I. King, S. Kerins; S. Keenahan, R. Wynne, M. McKeon; R. Cox, C.
Cregg; N. Regan, M. Ward, G. Flanagan; A. Feely, K. Harrington, H. Kerins. With:
M. Brogan for McKeon, A. Roddy for Regan, R. Johnson for Moran, K. Roddy for
Harrington, E. Scally for Flanagan.
