The Ladies Club hosted the Sean Daly Memorial Cup for U12s on Saturday, July 27. The Abbey Park welcomed six other participant clubs to the Blitz: Castlerea, Elphin / Kilmore, Shannon Gaels, St Barrys, St Michaels / St Ronans and Western Gaels.

We were blessed with warm weather, great supporters and exciting games. Huge thanks from the organising committee to the teams who participated, Referees and Umpires, parking staff, parents who provided food, the tuck shop and tea shop managers as well as the Daly family for presenting both runner up and winner medals.

Sean Daly was a founder member of the Ladies GAA Club in Boyle and now this competition is held each year to honour his massive contribution to the Club. It is great to see the Ladies Club continue to flourish with teams at all ages soaring amongst their divisions.
